PASS & Wheelchair Securement Training

The Passenger Assistance, Safety, and Sensitivity (PASS) certification program provides essential training for drivers responsible for transporting individuals with disabilities and special needs. This comprehensive course ensures drivers are equipped to deliver safe, respectful, and effective service. We are located in Indianapolis, Indiana. We offer online and in-person training. Please note all Wheelchair training is in person only. We do travel for a fee, call for additional details.
 

PASS Training Components:
•     Online Module: A self-paced session lasting approximately four hours.
•     In-Person, Hands-On Session: A 5–6 hour training that includes classroom instruction and practical exercises focused on securement techniques.

 

Key Topics Covered:
•     Proper use and handling of mobility aids such as wheelchairs and walkers
•     Safe and effective wheelchair securement within vehicles
•     Lift operation procedures and passenger safety protocols
Upon successful completion, participants earn a PASS certification valid for two years
