Policies & Terms

This Policy & Terms Statement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Unlimited Credentialing website (“Site”) and the services provided by Unlimited Credentialing (“Company”). By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, the user (“Client”) acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of Website Content. All content on this Site— including text, descriptions, service explanations, policies, branding, and training information—is the exclusive property of Unlimited Credentialing. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or republishing any content from this Site without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

2. Scope of Services. Unlimited Credentialing provides credentialing, enrollment, compliance support, licensing assistance, and professional training services. All services are performed based on information and documentation supplied by the Client. The Company prepares, submits, and manages applications; however, approval decisions are made solely by state agencies, federal programs, and commercial payors.

3. Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, including required documents, signatures, access credentials, and any materials necessary for service completion. Delays in providing required information may extend processing timelines or pause services.

4. Processing Timelines: Credentialing, enrollment, and licensing timelines vary by state, payor, and regulatory authority. Unlimited Credentialing does not guarantee approval dates, processing speeds, or contracting outcomes. The Company’s responsibility is limited to preparing and submitting compliant documentation.

5. Compliance Obligations. The Client remains solely responsible for maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and industry regulations, including renewals, licensing requirements, and operational standards. The Company may provide reminders and compliance support; however, final compliance obligations rest with the Client.

6. Training Services: Unlimited Credentialing provides certified PASS, Wheelchair Securement, CPR (HSI‑certified), and related training programs. Training sessions must be scheduled in advance. For on‑site training, the Client must provide a safe and appropriate environment. Travel fees are required for any on‑site training conducted at a provider’s facility. For additional details or to discuss scheduling, please contact our office at 317‑765‑6200.

7. Consultation Policy & Missed Appointment Fee. Unlimited Credentialing offers complimentary consultations as part of its service intake process. Any consultation not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time may incur a missed‑consultation fee. By booking a consultation, the Client agrees to this policy and acknowledges the Company’s right to charge this fee.

8. Fees & Payments: All fees, deposits, and payments must be made according to the terms provided at the time of booking. Non‑payment or late payment may result in paused or terminated services. Deposits for in‑progress work are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Confidentiality. Unlimited Credentialing maintains strict confidentiality of all Client information. Documents and data are used solely for credentialing, compliance, and training purposes and will not be disclosed except as required by law or with the Client’s written consent.

10. No Guarantee of Approval. Unlimited Credentialing does not guarantee approval, acceptance, contracting, or enrollment by any payor or regulatory body. All final decisions are made by third‑party authorities. The Company is not liable for denials, delays, or adverse determinations.

11. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Site or the provision of Services. The Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

12. Acceptance of Terms. By using this Site or engaging the Company’s Services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this Agreement. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of all terms herein.
